WIA is job experience that we can use after the program is done. We learn about jobs and how they might work. We learn about how our future jobs might look like in the workplace. We learn about things that we should or should not do in certain situations. We get experience with doing an interview. We gain applicable skills to our future. We have fun in WIA, but it is a learning experience.
